data handling.
This page describes the review site’s authored behavior and the deployment questions to resolve before operating an ACGS service.
What this review site does
The authored site serves static product and educational content. Its search filters run locally. Search text is not sent to a model, saved in the URL, or retained by the application after a reload.
The site contains no authored analytics, file-upload, account-creation, or business-data submission flow. Copy buttons write to your clipboard only after you select them. Links can take you to external documentation or your email application.
Access, hosting, and associated request processing are handled by the hosting platform. The absence of application analytics is not a claim that the hosting platform processes no access or request data.
What an ACGS deployment may process
Depending on configuration, governance components can process action descriptions, arguments, identities, policies, decision records, and retained audit evidence. Optional raw-input retention can preserve sensitive arguments.
Choose the minimum information needed for the intended evidence, then define access, retention, deletion, export, and external anchoring for that deployment.
Details to establish for the environment
- Service providers and regions
- Confirm the actual hosting, model, mail, storage, and monitoring providers. The current public-origin list is on the subprocessors page .
- Retention and recovery
- Set and verify the storage policy for each data class. Draft retention targets are not operational guarantees.
- Session and access controls
- Validate the authentication and cookie behavior of the actual service. Console design targets are not claims about this static site.
- Contracts and requests
- Establish applicable agreements, operating owners, and the process for handling data-related requests before launch.
Privacy contact and source status
The repository lists dpo@acgs.ai for privacy-related contact. Service disclosure wording remains a draft requiring confirmation against the operating environment and appropriate review.
This page does not establish a signed data-processing agreement or repeat unverified retention, residency, or response-time commitments.
